We offer regular bookings for our clients to ensure their coats remain in the best condition possible. In between appointments, we advise that you regularly brush and remove knots and tangles from your dog. This prevents matting, improves temperature regulation, and builds a positive association with being groomed.
In line with our commitment to your dog’s well-being, we do not offer haircuts less than 13mm in length as this could impede their natural thermoregulation abilities and exposes their skin to the elements, removing their only physical barrier from UV rays and potential environmental irritants.
This simple routine will ensure your dog remains in optimal health. Should your dog become matted and a short shave is required, they will be handled with the utmost care and consideration.
Additionally, if you are struggling with maintenance brushing, we are more than happy to provide guidance and teach you effective techniques. By empowering you with the knowledge and skills to care for your dog’s coat properly, we can avoid any negative grooming experiences for your dog.

Like what you would expect from a great spa service, Lydia learns about her furclients and caters to their needs and preferences so I think they really appreciate what she does with them. She also gives the furparents helpful hints and tips. I love the snapshots and quick clips of how the girls are going with their treatment, too! Plus, the products she uses are natural and organic which are what you would want on your own skin. If you want the best for your dog, this is the place to go. ♥️

I was nervous to have my border collie Marshmallow professionally groomed for the first time but Lydia made it all the worth while of me travelling quite far as well!!
